Carol Ann found yoga while seeking other forms of creative movement after years of dance training. It became a permanent addition to her life.
"I began a sporadic practice in the mid 90s. As I bounced between coasts, one thing that remained consistent was my dedication to yoga. A few wonderful instructors encouraged me to teach … It took me a while and quite a few travels to decide, but I eventually did my training here at Namaste.
While my love of yoga grew through the practice of Ashtanga vinyasa (and my flow classes reflect that influence), I have expanded my study into more gentle forms of yoga as well, including Yin, which I believe to be a wonderful compliment to other more active practices.
I believe every single person can find a class that suits them. I truly love watching students try something new, and the more I teach, the more I learn. Keep practicing and your body will continue to surprise you!”
