At Namaste, we offer a variety of all-inclusive yoga classes. Most of our in-person classes are also live-streamed.

Live-Stream/Virtual Zoom: Confirmation will be emailed upon registration and login instructions with a link will be emailed within an hour of the start of class. Please note: we do not provide on-demand at this time, all classes are live-streamed at the time reflected on the schedule.
