Sheri originally began practicing yoga as a form of exercise without awareness of all the gifts yoga had to offer. Over the years, her practice deepened through meditation and the inspiration of many amazing yogis, including Ronda Pretzlaff-Diegel, Linda Makowski, Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, Todd Norian, Sarah Powers and Jason Crandell.

In 2014, Sheri completed her RYT-200 and began teaching — a path that has helped her find a place of balance, where she can begin to experience the world through her heart.

On her yoga journey, Sheri hopes to share her passion for this ancient practice and offer students the opportunity to blossom and grow, to experience and appreciate the present moment, to find comfort and steadiness in their poses, to breathe and to let be.
