Tina Iulianelli, RYT
Tina is an adventurous spirit that began practicing Ashtanga Yoga as a way to build strength and correct muscle imbalances during her 11 years playing roller derby. Soon after beginning her practice, she started to notice the benefits of yoga beyond the physical, both on and off her yoga mat.
As her practice continued to evolve, she felt drawn to attend Namaste’s 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training as a way to deepen her own practice and knowledge of yoga’s rich history and philosophy and said the experience was one of the best decisions she’s ever made. Tina’s personal practice and teaching style are rooted in alignment, incorporate aspects to of fitness and mobility gained from others disciplines, and led by intuition for a well rounded feel good practice.
