Join Barb Oakes, ERYT, Certified Pilates and Fitness Instructor for this 90-minute workshop that will help you build strength by integrating light weights into your yoga practice.  

Why weights? Similar to how you may use a block or strap to enhance your practice, weights can help build mental and physical strength by challenging mind and muscles in new ways. By adding light weight, you can improve balance and coordination, increase core strength, bone density, and heart health — extending the life and quality of your practice.
