Join Ken for an intro to yoga series! Ken will guide you through the foundations of yoga postures, proper alignment and breath. This series is perfect if you’re just beginning your yoga journey or wish to go deeper into the complexities of yoga asana.
This is a 3 week series. Classes will be held on Sunday 9/29/19, Sunday 10/6/19, and Sunday 10/13/19.
We recommend attending all 3 classes for the greatest benefit, however you may attend individual classes.
