Join Certified Relax and Renew trainer and E-RYT Sandra Rome for 90-minute restorative yoga classes. The next dates are Nov. 11 and Dec. 16, at 6:30pm - 8pm.

Restorative yoga soothes the nervous system. The perfect compliment to a more active yoga practice and to our busy lives, restorative yoga encourages you to slow down and cultivate mindfulness. In this class, you will learn restful poses that help you alleviate fatigue and tension. 

Through restorative yoga, our bodies are able to direct healing energies to lowering blood pressure and heart rate, improving digestion, and boosting the immune system. Restorative yoga also eases symptoms of conditions such as anxiety, depression, fatigue, muscle strain and insomnia.
