At Namaste Yoga, we believe that yoga is an individualized practice that can be tailored to fit anyone, regardless of your body shape, flexibility, or fitness level. Our hatha-based studio is a welcoming space where you can practice yoga at your own pace and comfort level.
Our classes are designed to help you find balance, strength, and flexibility in your body, mind, and breath. We offer a variety of hatha-based yoga classes that are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Hatha Yoga Classes to Match Your Wellness Goals

We believe that yoga is for everyone. Yoga is attained by showing up, by practicing, and by moving with your greatest teacher: your own breath.
Namaste Yoga Center is an IIYT Level I Magnet School
There are many options for 200 hour yoga teacher training, and while all schools cover the same topics approved by Yoga Alliance, you still want to go to a program that meets your needs and your expectations.
An IIYT Level I Magnet School is a Yoga Alliance registered 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program aligned with the standards of integrity and academic excellence of the Detroit based International Institute of Yoga Therapy.
Graduates of our program receive a tuition discount with IIYTs 300 hour and Yoga Therapy programs. An IIYT Level I Magnet school demonstrates a curriculum that prepares the motivated student for advanced study, experience, research, and certification in yoga therapy.
If you have ever wondered what it would be like to deepen your practice and learn more about the history and philosophy of yoga or how to serve others through accessible yoga, we invite you to explore our 200 hour yoga teacher training program.
