Rachel has been practicing yoga for 15 years and completed the Namaste Teacher Training program in 2019. She cares deeply about making yoga accessible for people of all backgrounds and experience levels because it has the power to bring peace within, which then impacts the rest of the community and the world. While yoga is not a substitute for medicine or other therapy, it can be a tremendously useful practice to have in your mental health toolbox.

Rachel teaches Hatha Flow, bridging the gap between Hatha and Vinyasa. Rachel will guide you to move slowly and mindfully, fully savoring each posture. These class is fully led and includes standing postures that build internal heat, tones muscle, and strengthens your body. You will feel grounded, centered, and ready to start or continue your day afterwards.
