Ken (he/him) has practiced yoga for as long as he can remember and has worked in the wellness and fitness world for several years. When he’s not working at Namaste, he enjoys cooking, baking, and traveling with his wife, Cassie. They live in Madison Heights with their two dogs, Frida and Diego, and cat, Helga.
