We recommend you register ahead of time for class on our Schedule page by logging into mindbody or by using the mindbody mobile app. You can also walk-in, but spots are first come, first serve. On rare occasions, a class may be at capacity.
-
-Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class.
-The door is often locked at the start of class time and during class time.
-Classes start promptly at the designated start time and late arrivals can be disruptive.
-Please be scent-free: no perfumes, colognes, or heavily-scented lotions.
-
There is a parking lot at the back of the building with parking for all teachers and students.
-
-Check in on the iPad at the front desk, or with the front desk team member upon arrival.
-Please remove your shoes and store them on a shoe tray or under a bench.
-Leave bags and personal belongings, including cell phones, in the cubbies or on the hooks.
-Place your cell phone on vibrate or do not disturb.
-If you have a smart watch, make sure to turn it on silent.
-
-The studio has complimentary mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters, and straps available for student use.
-If you use our props, please spray them with the supplied bottle of isopropyl alcohol before putting them back.
-
-Please be on your mat with everything you need 2 minutes prior to the start of class.
-Once you enter the studio space, please use a quiet indoor voice if you are talking before the start of class.
-The studio doors are closed right at the start of class.
-Try to stagger yourself so you’re not right in front of someone.
-Most students take pre-class time to relax and stretch on their mats.
-Plan to stay for the entire duration of the class, but if you need to step out at any time during the class, please do so quietly.
-Take rests in any comfortable position as often as needed.
-This is YOUR practice. Be kind to yourself!
