At Namaste, you can practice your breathwork and visualization with meditation, work toward a deep core workout with a fusion of pilates and yoga, or challenge yourself to flow between sun salutations, standing, balancing, and seated postures. Even the most seasoned students can add something new to their practice at Namaste!

Complete Hatha links the postures practiced in a regular Hatha class with a focus on alignment in standing, balancing, and seated postures. This practice will focus on proper alignment to avoid injury and to deepen your asana practice and perfect poses.
This all-inclusive yoga practice embraces a variety of hatha yoga styles with all the benefits of the Essential Hatha class, but in a more asana-driven format. Expect the opportunity to learn more advanced poses than you might find in an Essential Hatha class, but also find space to explore your edge to deepen your practice.
This class is recommended for those who have practiced Hatha Yoga and are interested in exploring a more form and alignment-oriented class building strength, endurance, and strong focus. All students are welcome as safe modifications, instructions, and demonstrations are always provided or available.

You will incorporate foundations of Hatha yoga through movement and breath while getting a focused core workout. The use of props and adaptations make this class both fun and challenging for those new to their practice and seasoned students alike.

Hatha Flow links the postures practiced in a regular Hatha class into a sequence of movements that “flow” together. With variations of Sun Salutations, balancing postures, standing postures, and seated postures, this practice will challenge you to find progress beyond your physical and mental edge. You can expect the opportunity to learn more advanced poses than you might find in an Essential Hatha class.
This class is suggested for those who have a basic foundation of the practice and are interested in exploring a more movement-oriented class building strength, endurance, and strong focus. All students are welcome as safe modifications, instructions, and demonstrations are always provided or available.

Our 30-minute meditation class is guided by experienced meditation instructors. Participants will explore various meditation techniques designed to cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. Each class will include a short movement practice followed by 20 minutes of meditation and time for reflection.

Somatic Hatha Yoga is an innovative blend of Hatha Yoga, Somatic Experiencing, Pranayama (breathing techniques), and healing meditations.
In this practice, we explore new movement patterns, referred to as “somatic movement flows” that combine classical hatha yoga postures.
This class begins gently and gradually expands into a fully guided practice. You’ll have the flexibility to customize your experience, whether you want to modify or intensify movements.
Somatic Experiencing can help you delve into the root causes of muscular pain, enhance your nervous system resilience, and empower you to reprogram outdated stress patterns stored deep within your body.
Through these therapeutic and corrective exercises, you’ll actively participate in your own whole-being wellness journey.

Yin is a slow, meditative yoga practice that helps you unravel deep-seated tension. In a yin class, you will be asked to hold postures for three to five minutes. You will slowly soften into the poses at a pace that feels good for your body. The perfect compliment to more active practices.
