"I recently completed the Transformative Restorative Yoga Training through Namaste Yoga Center, and it was a very comprehensive experience. From understanding the nervous system to sequencing restorative postures, the curriculum really delves deep into the art of restorative yoga.

The instructors, led by the incredible Kyla Remus and Dr. Cassandra Barragan, are a beacon of support. Their expertise and genuine care created a nurturing environment. They intentionally guided us through each pose, ensuring we understood the nuances. Learning how specific poses activate the parasympathetic response, promoting healing, stress reduction, and overall well-being has equipped me to help guide my students toward profound relaxation and healing.

My favorite part was the in-person component. Meeting fellow trainees face-to-face, feeling their energy, and practicing together was transformative. The shared moments during group sessions enriched my understanding of restorative practices, and the warmth of fellow trainees and teachers fostered a sense of belonging. We shared stories, laughter, and vulnerability. It’s rare to find such a supportive community that encourages growth without judgment.

This training is not just about teaching restorative yoga; it’s about facilitating profound shifts in body, mind, and spirit. Thank you, Namaste Yoga Center, for this extraordinary experience!”

“I really enjoyed the way this training was set up. I thought doing both the training modules online and reading ahead of our time together laid a solid foundation going into the weekend. What stood out during the training was being guided through a restorative practice on day 1. This felt incredibly important to me as someone who has not had a ton of restorative yoga experiences. Making this a priority for the first day of training was super helpful leading into the rest of the weekend, especially when it was time to practice teaching each other.”
