Prenatal Care
Welcome! We are so glad you’re here. Our studio and teachers offer a welcoming, safe, and accessible experience for all. We have many teachers who are trained in prenatal yoga and teach classes that are safe and welcoming.
We recommend the classes listed on this page if you are expecting.
At Namaste, you are doing yoga by simply being in the space with other practicing students and being present with your baby. There are no expectations. Yoga can be relaxing and it will definitely help you nurture yourself and the relationship with your baby.
Prenatal yoga can help you to stay present in your changing body and can help improve your nervous system by calming your mind. It can also help to build stamina and strengthen the body, while balancing changing hormones and reducing stress.
