Rachele Rose (she/her) is a certified 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance, with additional certifications in Yoga for Everyone®, Trauma Informed Yoga, Somatic Movement Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. She completed the Namaste Teacher Training program in 2021 through the mentorship of Melissa Weber and Ken Aubuchon and specializes in an accessible and adaptive practice.

Rachele’s Journey

Hello, Good Soul!

My yoga journey began in 2015, when I started practicing gentle yoga with Melissa Weber with the goal of calming my mind and releasing stress. Yoga taught me how to move mindfully, breathe intentionally, and how to lighten my mental load. It taught me how to tune into my pain and listen for the messages and emotions held within.

I also became curious about the subtle bodies of yoga and discovered that these energy layers were storing emotions that impacted my physical well-being. I discovered my own intuitive gifts and ability to sense and feel energy and became certified as a Reiki Master and Pranic Healing Practitioner in 2018.

In 2018, my business Rose Gold Energy was born. In 2021 I applied and was accepted to the Namaste Teacher Training program under the instruction of Melissa Weber and Ken Aubuchon. Yoga had gifted me a new life full of healing and self-awareness and I knew it was time to pass on this transformative practice to others.

After earning my 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification, I began teaching at Namaste. Since this time, I’ve also earned additional certifications in Yoga for Everyone®, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Somatic Movement Yoga, and Restorative Yoga.

As a body positive yoga teacher, I believe the practice of yoga should be accessible to all bodies with inclusion as an essential component. I offer classes to help you balance emotions and wellbeing through somatic experiencing, creating a greater sense of connection, safety, ease and liberation in the body. My classes are not just about physical postures; they’re a path to self-awareness, self-compassion, and inner healing.

I also offer Reiki and Pranic Healing sessions at Namaste Yoga, as well as assist at the front desk. I look forward to our paths crossing!

  • Mondays at 9:15 a.m.
    Gentle Restorative Hatha (studio + virtual)

  • Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.
    Mind Body Balance (studio only)

  • Sundays at 12 p.m. (May-October)
    Yoga in the Park at 12 p.m.
