apply yogic philosophy in goal setting,
guide you through a journaling reflection exercise,
share strategies for practicing yoga in your everyday life,
learn a mudra together,
close with an asana practice.
There will be teachings referenced from source texts such as Patanjali’s yoga sutras, especially the yamas and niyamas, with a focus on integrating yoga philosophy into your everyday life. Students will leave the workshop with tons of ideas for everyday practices to live your yoga off the mat as you pursue your goals.
We will complete the workshop with a delightful asana practice and guided meditation.
