Summer Solstice Renewal Yoga Workshop

  • Namaste Yoga Center 3121 Rochester Road Royal Oak, MI, 48073 United States (map)

Practice & Meditation

Join us to embrace the abundant energy of this season for our Summer Solstice Renewal Yoga workshop to align body, mind, and spirit. As the longest day of the year approaches, Rachel Red & Ken Aubuchon will lead this exploration of the rich philosophy of yoga, drawing parallels between the cycles of nature and the cycles within ourselves. Through a blend of dynamic asana practice to ignite the fire within and introspective meditation, participants will explore the symbolism of the Summer Solstice as a time of strength and renewal.

Intentions & Goals

We'll tap into the ancient wisdom of yoga to cultivate clarity, intention, and purpose, using this auspicious time of year as a catalyst for personal growth and transformation. During this workshop, we'll delve into the concept of setting intentions in alignment with the energy of the Summer Solstice for meaningful, long-lasting change. Through guided journaling and intention setting, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their aspirations and desires for the season ahead.

Self-Reflection

Drawing inspiration from the principles of yoga philosophy, we'll explore how to cultivate resilience, presence, and inner harmony as we pursue our goals. By harnessing the energy of the solstice and the practices of yoga, participants will leave feeling empowered to embark on their personal journeys with renewed vigor and clarity, ready to embrace the growth possibilities of the season.

Space is limited, so reserve your spot today for this light-filled journey of yoga and self-discovery.

About your facilitators
