Join us for a transformative yoga class focused on cultivating compassion in difficult times. Through a series of gentle asanas, mindful breathwork, and guided meditation, you will find space for vulnerability and work toward developing more empathy for yourself and others.
This class is designed to help you learn about how the Yamas , yogic ethical principles, are applicable in every day life and can help to guide thoughts, actions, and perceptions. This practice will center on three Yamas that enable us to look inward to find compassion while also nurturing a sense of connection to the larger community.
Ahimsa - non violence.
Satya - honesty
Aparigraha - non-possessiveness
Together, we will explore how compassion can be a powerful tool for navigating life's hardships, leaving you with a greater sense of peace and understanding.
