MLK Community Yoga Class
Are you looking to make a meaningful contribution for Martin Luther King Jr. Day? Join Rachele Rose on Sunday, January 19 at 6 p.m. for an all levels hatha yoga class. This community class is free to attend; however, you are welcome to make a cash donation in person. All donations will go to the Ron and Marie Teasley Foundation.
This fully guided class will incorporate breath awareness and postures that are intended to help calm the mind and body. You will be guided through a series of gentle movements to help you strengthen the connection between your mind, body, and breath. This class will conclude with a restorative meditation and a 5 minute Savasana. Beginners are welcome!
Limited studio spots are available. This class will also be live-streamed via Zoom for virtual attendees!
